Kayla Emmendorfer has been a member of Kearsley's two state championship girls' bowling teams, as a freshman and again as a junior. Kayla has bowled four 300 games and two 298 games and also played varsity softball and volleyball. A 3.028 student, Kayla has signed and committed to Arkansas State University on a bowling scholarship. Arkansas State is currently ranked third in the nation in Division I bowling.
Austin Landis has lettered in boys' swim/dive and baseball for the Fenton Tigers, while carrying a 3.643 GPA. This year's swim team captain qualified for the MHSAA swim/dive finals as a sophomore and junior, and earned first team all-Metro honors at last year's league swim meet in the 200 yard medley relay and 400 yard freestyle relay, while finishing second in the 100 yard freestyle and third in the 100 yard backstroke. Austin would like to attend either Michigan State University or Miami University and major in pre-med with the goal of a career in radiology or nuclear medicine.
