The Brandon Blackhawks clinched their eighth consecutive Flint Metro League competitive cheer title by winning the third of three league competitions in convincing fashion. Brandon's 767.42 points was its highest total of the three meets used to determine the league champion. Clio was the runner-up in all three competitions, and its second place finish was its highest ever in FML cheer.
