Sami Hild is a four sport athlete for Holly starring in football, basketball soccer and tennis. Named the MVP for special teams in football, Sami set a school record for most PAT's in a single game this season. Hild helped the Bronchos to four consecutive basketball district finals as well as team academic All State honors in each of those years. In soccer, Sami was named to the All District team as a junior and named the team offensive MVP. In tennis, Sami has been earned First Team All Metro honors at 4 doubles in tennis as a sophomore and junior. A regional champion, both as a team and individually, as a sophomore and junior, Sami and her partner advanced to the state semis at 4 doubles last year. Also excelling in the classroom with a 4.09 GPA Sami will continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Findlay where she will study veterinary medicine and play soccer.
Bryce Chamberlain has been a two sport standout for Brandon earning 1st Team All Metro honors in both football and track for the Blackhawks. Bryce finished in first place in the 110 hurdles in 9th, 10th and 11th grades as was a state qualifier as a sophomore in that event. In football, the two time captain earned 1st Team honors as a junior and was named to the All County team both as a sophomore and junior. Bryce also excels in the classroom with a 4.02 GPA and was named to the football Academic All-State team this past season. Bryce will continue his football career as a preferred walk-on at the University of Michigan where he will study mechanical engineering.
